We went to see a house today.. In the merry merry..

Month of May...

Anyway, we went and saw this awesome cute little move-in ready house. Sure there's things that could be done to it (get the old people smell out, pull up the rugs to reveal the hardwood) stuff like that, but otherwise, in really really good shape.

But it's on 5 acres of flat land, no hills, no creek. Frowny face. Now what?
