Pizza Sauce

Pizza Sauce

1 small onion, chopped
6 oz tomato paste
1 t minced garlic
2 1/2 C water
3 T oil
1 1/2 t oregano
1 1/2 t sugar
1 t salt
1 t basil
Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer one hour. Cool.
